File Viewer and this website are made by Digital Arts, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India (“we”).

Your files stay on your phone

File Viewer opens, converts and edits files entirely on your device. Your documents, images and drawings are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Files you save are written only where you choose to save them.

What the app sends for licensing

To count free file opens and check a licence, the app keeps a small counter on your phone. When you activate or check a licence key, the app sends to our licence server:

• the licence key you entered,
• an app-specific device identifier (Android ID), so one licence works on one phone,
• your phone’s make and model (for example “samsung SM-A576B”), shown to us so we can help if you change phones,
• the app version.

We use this only to activate and verify licences and to give support. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not read your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

When you buy a licence on this website

We collect your name, WhatsApp number and email to create your licence and send you the key. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. Your licence key is sent to you on WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business service (Meta).

Where data is kept and for how long

Licence and purchase records are stored on secure servers of our provider Supabase. We keep them while your licence is active and as long as needed for accounting and tax rules. We never sell or rent your data and share it only with the services named above, to provide what you asked for.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting the licence record ends the licence on your phone. Uninstalling File Viewer removes everything it stored on your phone.

Children

File Viewer is a general business tool and is not directed at children.
